The Trade & Retail Marketing Manager creates, implements and is accountable for the global trade and retail marketing strategy, plan, programs, tools and budget. He/she aims to maximize sell-in and increase sell-through at our wholesale partners. He/she is also responsible for developing and leading a long-term strategic approach for Black Diamond’s branded environments and ensuring alignment with BD’s global vision, bringing GTM strategies and concepts to life in retail by creating an interactive, authentic, engaging and compelling best-in-class brand experience in 3-D spaces with the aim to increase sell-through and build brand awareness. The Trade & Retail Marketing Manager works both upstream in close collaboration with key peers in product, sales and marketing as well as downstream to ensure the execution of the strategy and plans.
Authorized and responsible to continuously improve upon and perform all duties according to BDEL Quality, Safety and Employee Policies and Procedures:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
Graduate-level degree in a marketing-related discipline
7 years in a marketing role
7+ years in marketing management role in an outdoor industry brand
