Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager creates, develops and implements the short and long term strategy, programs and campaigns to drive awareness of brand equity and consumer engagement on all existing and future digital platforms and devices.


Essential Functions:

Authorized and responsible to continuously improve upon and perform all duties according to BD Inc’s Quality, Safety and Employee Policies and procedures:

  1. Establish Global Digital Marketing Partners and initiatives
  2. Monitor and Manage Spend to Maximize ROAS, ROI, and Engagement
  3. Ensure Digital Consumer Touch Points are managed well (email, prospecting, SEM, PLAs, site….)
  4. Explore and optimize the consumer journey to enhance engagement and conversion
  5. Implement personalization and marketing automation across consumer touch points
  6. Analyze and optimize on-site UI/UX
  7. Bring together Global Marketing Planning
  8. Ensure digital Assets are created on time and within brand guidelines
  9. Support eTailer Digital Asset Needs
  10. Maintain a voice between etail partners and our own D2C
  11. Layout marketing calendar globally and ensure all supporting teams have deadlines set, digital assets created, copy written, brand messaging, and all teams are aligned



Qualifications:

Education

Required:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

 

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Digital Marketing or related fields.

 

Work Experience

Required:

5 years minimum in an advertising, creative or web agency, or in a corporate marketing or creative department, with concentration in digital marketing.




Skills and General Experience:

Required: A digital native with proven digital marketing expertise. Demonstrated track record of innovative digital marketing program creation and measurable success. Demonstrated high degree of cross-platform communication with servers & networks. Demonstrated ability in project management and to meet deadlines with great attention to detail, while multi-tasking on a variety of projects required. Must be a team player who works well under pressure and works effectively with a team of diverse, international and performance-oriented clients. Demonstrated excellent verbal & written communication skills. An eager creative thinker with an innovative mindset.

Preferred: All of the above, plus: Experience with creative or marketing departments and/or agencies.

Alternative qualification:
Additional 2 years experience in above (7 years total) can substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.
